Specificconfidentiality obligations shall be governed by individual engagementagreements or non-disclosure agreements executed between the parties.

• AI is used in an assistive capacity only
• All work is finalised and reviewed by humaneditors and professionals
• No client personally identifiable information(PII) is used to train public AI models
• Human oversight ensures accuracy and compliancewith applicable standards
Whilewe create materials that align with regulatory guidance from bodies such asSEBI/AMFI (India), SEC/FINRA (US), and FCA (UK), we do not provide legal,compliance, or investment advice. All materials produced by Basispoint Studioare intended for review and approval by your internal legal and complianceteams before publication or distribution.
Theresponsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance of any published materialsrests with the client.
Thematerials and services provided by Basispoint Studio are provided on an “as is”basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim andnegate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warrantiesor conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ornon-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

• All fees for work completed through the date oftermination shall be due
• Client shall return or destroy any confidentialmaterials of Basispoint Studio
• Basispoint Studio shall return or destroy clientconfidential materials as directed
BasispointStudio reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time withoutprior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to theWebsite. By continuing to access or use our Website or services after anyrevisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
TheseTerms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofthe Republic of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction ofthe courts located in Bangalore, India, for the resolution of any disputesarising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Website orservices.
